Can I pay for Express delivery?Yes, you can choose 'Express Delivery' when you add your item to the basket. This will cost an additional £10.00.

My order has not arrived on time - what should I do?Please contact Murpen Supplies via email, telephone or through our Facebook page. Please find contact details at the bottom of this webpage.

I have decided that I no longer want an item that I ordered - what should I do?Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it - you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. The item must be unopened, unused and undamaged if you would like to return your order. We will process a full refund on receipt of the returned item, as long as we are happy with it's condition.

I do not have a PayPal account - can I pay another way?Yes, you can pay via BACS if you do not have a PayPal account. Please contact us to arrange this and we will reserve your order.
